Shin Megami Tensei Liberation DX2 celebrates its first anniversary with a fascinating crossover event. Characters from Platin's Lover Bayonetta series have returned to the successful mobile role-playing game. An event with the occupation of legendary manga and anime berserk is also on the horizon. The Bayonetta event comes on time for the republication of Bayonetta and Vanquish for the 10th anniversary, probably two of the best action games of all time. I played the Remasters on PS4 this week and was always impressed how well Vanquish says particularly well. It is an absolute blast from start to finish, although the lack of a continuation still hurts. It is almost self-evident that Bayonetta is also damn good as the PS4 port is the first decent version available on a PlayStation platform. I still have nightmares from this terrible PS3 hack job.
